In these days the range of gym brands is so big and it's quite hard to decide which leggings to buy. Since I've tried so many different brands I think I can give some good advice and help some of you finding the right pair. Here are my TOP 3 leggings and their pros and cons. The brands that I'll show you are not the cheapest, but I decided at some point to spend a little more money on a pair of leggings that I really like and that lasts me very long and not go for the cheapest ones.

I'm working on my body for quite a long time now and try to achieve my personally preferred body shape. I call it "hourglass-figure" - wider/muscular/rounder at the top and bottom and small and defined around my waist. What does 'Intermittend Fasting' mean? IF simply means, that you eat for a certain period of time and then stop eating for a certain period. Training legs and glutes is probably my favorite thing to do in the gym and if I could and if it would make any sense I would do it every day. But since it's scientifically proven, that your muscles need enough rest after a hard workout, I usually train legs and glutes 2-3 times per week.
